Longitudinal stability of the spatial resolution estimation in the ADNI cohort of amyloid, tau, and FDG PET images. For each PET modality, the figure shows boxplots for the maximum difference in FWHM across all time points.

The maximum absolute difference of the SPITFIRE™ estimator was computed for all individual subjects in the ADNI cohort and three PET tracers. The figure shows the boxplots for the maximum difference metric across all individual subjects with more than one time point visit.

A careful verification of the data shown in this figure reveals that, in all cases, the maximum difference among time visits resolution estimation was less than the corresponding voxel size.
